[saveenterprise] Star Trek Cardboard holder for original series 2004 set

Hi...Looking to buy the Star Trek original series (2004 22 disc set) cardboard holder that held the 3 plastic cases together. I know it sounds silly, but my holder was destroyed by fido when I left it out...would like to replace it. Thanks
